Ive been waiting for my line to be installed!!!

i've been waiting for our business telkom line to be installed we've paid deposit and were told someone would install the line yesterday, after waiting 2weeks. we got a message saying that somebody had been dispatched but nobody pitched!! <br> <br> trying to follow up was even worse. i was kept on hold and transferred back and forth for over 30minuets with no progress. the best i got was \sorry mam, we can see that nobody came. please hold on\" and from then, it was another 15min holding!! <br> <br> how can you treat customers like this??<br> <br> i'm very upset and don't know what it takes to get a line installed.
