I've been using Telkom data since from 2023 till to date

I've been using Telkom data since from 2023 till to date. It happened that on March this year 2025 I called Telkom customer care so that i can change my debit order from one bank to another bank , end of March they deducted money and somewhere mid April they deducted again. My monthly payment is R210. On May I did went to Telkom store to verify if my bank details are correct or not they helped me but the lady who was helping me entered a wrong account number, to my surprise today as we speak
