I’ve been debited despite the fact that I’ve paid up ahead of time!!!!!!

I’ve had an ongoing issue with Telkom on my contact since 11 April 2019. A few days prior I called into the customer service and said I wanted to pay upfront for the year as I was leaving the country for 15 months. I was send an account number but the lady never sent a reference number. I sent R3700 into the account number and used my cellphone number as a reference. I called a few days later to confirm payment and I was told that my money doesn’t reflect. I was then told I need to go to the bank and get a proof of payment and go into a Telkom store so they can create a case for me. I went on the 18 April 2019 and did that. The following morning I boarded my flight and left. To my surprise I was continuously getting debited and I would reverse these payments. I asked my sister to call Telkom and she was told they need the owner of the contract. I then emailed and was sent from pillar to post. I kept being given reference numbers about my case but nothing ever happened. I came back to South Africa and on the 26 November 2019 I called into the customer Centre and I was told the same story and finally I was told which reference number I was supposed to use but the lady also said she can’t see a payment. She said I should go back to the bank to get a proof of payment. I eventually did after struggling as it was way overdue. I went into Telkom store the glen on the 28 April 2019 and a consultant logged a case to billing and said I must call 72 hours later I did and was told my case was logged but it was not dispatched... at this point I just knew what a useless network I’ve been dealing with. I kept my cool n had to resend my proof of payment and now I’m told to wait for a further 24-48 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m leaving the country again In 3 days and I don’t have that luxury of time and certainly didn’t wanna spend my annual leave at Telkom. If anyone would like to assist me. Please contact me on *** (it’ll work until the 8th) or alternatively email ***
