I've been dealing with Telkom as we have no service since in our area since the afternoon of 23/09/2021. Everyone started reporting faults with Telkom. They are not really communicating what the reason for the fault outage is. Getting hold of someone to speak to is even more difficult. Fault reference 3CNK240921, service number ***
