It's impossible to cancel a Telkom Contact after 24 months

It is impossible to get a Telkom contract cancelled I have been trying for 3 weeks now I have received a case number and that is it.

You can never get through on the customer care number. They have phoned me twice but always phone when I am not at my cell phone and they have my office number.

I have send DM's I have tried to chat to a consultant but always get cut off.
