its imposible to cancel Telkom

<p>On the 6/12/2016 i went into the Telkom Greenstone branch to cancel everything i have with Telkom. The friendly agent explained to me that i would be charged a penelty for cancelling the contract early and i accetped. He asked me to fill in a cancellation form and supply my ID copy( i did ) the agent faxed everything to ********** 505, i was told everything would be cancelled in 30 days. on the 6/01/2017 after waiting 30 days i called Tekom and exculated the matter and heard nothing, on the 12th of January . again on the 19 January i managed to get a service consultant to email me and i sent them a copy of the paperwork so they could send to to exculations deptartment, i then got another consultant to do the same thing and still i cant cancel me Telkom. today i get through to the billing department and im told my Landline, ADSL is cancelled as of the 26 January.... but im still being billed for a cell contract that i never asked for, havent used and there is no charge for,,, but is still keeping my billing going.</p> <p>all i want is to cancel everything from Telkom and move on with my life.</p>
