It's frustrating how the Telkom service is getting worse each day, I just need my refund my own money for God sake

Telkom has the worst customer service, it's even worse when the agents decides to give you false information and others drops your call instead of telling you what's is happening. Been waiting for my refund since the 1st of May and have been sending emails to Bonisile Rikhotso who logged the request for my refund. She got my bank statement but she can't tell me what's happening to my money anymore. I won't be upgrading with telkom never ever again I have been patien with their poor service. Just need my money for they received double the normal amount. N***n💔😡😡😡
