It's been months since I took my phone for broken screen

I'm utterly disappointed with telkom. I booked my phone on the 1st week of April 2019. For a broken screen. It's June and it hasn't returned yet. Mind you it's under contract.. Even though I paid the access fee a week after I got a text that it requires access fee. Honestly I'm annoyed about the service. I keep going into the store and ask what's going on with my phone, and all they tell me is that I should wait for a call. I'm disgusted really!
