Its been a month and still no service

<p>How pathetic is this, despite loggiing faults, calling, posting in Hello Peter - all my complaints is falling on deaf ears as up to date no one from Telkom bothered to call me to sort out my billing issue as well as my voice and ADSL that has not been working for over a month. Telkom when will you get yur act together. This is pathetic service</p>
