its been 6 months telkom mobile not paying back my refund

I cancelled my contract with telkom mobile in July 2017 and I was told to pay R3200 of which I did. Few weeks down the line I was told I have paid extra so theres a refund of R1850 that I should receive. I called the call centre and it was confmed that I have credit on my account. Since then I've been calling everyday. I get told the current case is closed open a new one. Ive been calling at least 3 times a week since August. The cases that i have opened for this refund are more than 8 now. I dont know what is the hold up and Ive lost patient. This is my second time publishing this on hellopeter. Im urging everyone with telkom contract to stay away. They reaping us off.

I know this wont be resolved. Am sick and tired of *********** telkom representative.
