It's been 5 months since I closed my account & Telkom still owes me money!!

It's been 5 months since I closed my account with Telkom. They have still not paid me the money they owe me! My case has yet to be resolved and no one has contacted me!! This is the worst service and network I have ever experienced. I will be taking legal action as no one has resolved this.
