it's been 4 months..

I signed up for the LTE uncapped package.. I was told by your sales rep if the speed in my area is both good enough they will install a booster.. it's been 4 months.. I can barely use my lte for anything.. it's very unstable.. the response I get is "they are working on it and will get back to me" 4 months and I'm yet to receive a phone call..
