ITS BEEN 3 years, Telkoms service is horrible

We have been having on and off problems with this useless adsl line for 3 years now, the latest we have been offline for the last 2 weeks, repeated calls have been logged escalations have been made and still no Telkom technician in sight.<br> <br> Over the phone our complaints have been answered by your useless staff with a \Okay your time to complain is now up, bey bey\" then the phone was put down.<br> <br> We wan't this repaired once and for all."
