It’s almost a months and I don’t have my order

Since I app**** for an uncapped mobile wifi with DSL Telecom on 22 April 2025 , today is 18 May 2025 and I still don’t have a response , when I ask the tell me that my order is with Telkom and they are still waiting for feedback I mean for almost a months ? How am I expected to get connected for the whole month when I app**** that said it will take 3-5 working days to get my order. I had to go to the office for May because I don’t have connection , this is impacting me financially
