<p>80 AND 84 YEARS OLD simply ask telkom for a Land line 8 weeks ago. 5 visits from Telkom but no cables can be found. now they have a drone shaped effort with ears installed. How do any one of them pick up a hand set and make an emergency call to the doctor. Oh they have to drive 100km to a mall to buy a handset and have technical people set up from there the ability to do this. What happened to service with a smile especially for the aged?</p>
