its a never ending prosess to cancel

i phoned telkom number 10210 just to stay on hold for 10 minutes plus.sometimes even 20 minutes just to cancel my line.and if i do get through,then their system is \offline".then i have to phone back.the same prosess over and over.i been promised that they will phone me back.but to no aveil.i was thinking of moving over to 3g as i travel alot and dont need my home line.but this customer service would just push me to a new SP"""
