Its 5 months now and still no positive feedback

This enquiry started in September 2015, now it is January 2016 but still no feedback about activation. <br> The last Cleo Makhubela contacted me and advised that she will call me back before the 23rd December 2015 to give me an answer but she did not. She advised that she was going on leave and would like to close this before she goes on leave, however, still nothing happened. <br> <br> I would like to know what is going on and why it is taking so dearly long. <br> <br>
