Items purchased via WISH just never being received

You have to wonder what is happening at our S.A. Post Office ... I know they are not the best... but surely they are now the worst service provider ever !!! ABSOLUTELY NO PARCELS purchased from overseas, WISH, are being delivered. If there are deliveries they must be few and far between. I have parcels that have landed in South Africa in August still not received. Trouble is whom in authority do you complain to. TO ASK THEM HAVE THEY GOT CAMERAS CHECKING THEIR STAFF AND THEIR OUTPUT AND WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ALL THESE PARCELS COMING FROM OVERSEAS. I remember a few years ago Carte Blanche did a review on the Post Office and had undercover cameras installed - what a shock. There's a number of us that have purchased from WISH and are having this problem. So there has to be hundreds, maybe thousands of south Africans experiencing this same problem with the post office BUT WHO CAN HELP.
