Items not Delivered or Received

Good Day Everyone,

I just want to take the time to share my experience i had with Telkoms call center. I recently bought a new phone on contract i app**** online and was called back within 2 hours, The lady explained that the phone will be delivered and then the watch afterwards i don't understand why but i agreed, It has been 3 weeks i haven't received the watch i call multiple times and after having to wait holding for about 20mins to half an hour for someone to eventually pick all they say is it has been escalated.

I am still waiting with no luck from the call center or from anyone who works in this company, There stuff members keep you on hold for numerous minutes which explains why there is always a big wait to speak to someone. Guys if the advert was a lie just tell me i'm not getting the watch so i can move on with my life calling you costed me now more than what this watch is valued at.

There is no assistance or anything for them to help you please if anyone is interested in getting the Huawei Mate 30 Pro rather get it from MTN or Cell C im pretty sure the customer care is much better then having to suffer this way.

I was told to hold after waiting another 30mins this lady amanda cut the call on me.

I am officially going to cancel this contract.

Please everyone use another ISP.
