Itemized billing is a no go

I have been emailing and calling telkom for 3 months now and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Holding on line for hours is unacceptable, annoying, frustrating and a waste of time. Mailing -same thing!!! My contracts states that i will get a itemized bill but i get nothing-yet on your side and on your system it shows that i do?????HOW explain this to me? ' didnt think i would be this unhappy wow guys you seem to be doing great these days
