ITC REGISTERED FOR UNPAID DEBT

I needed a loan to sort out some crisis issues i have only to get declined. The lady at the bank got a report for me from experian. After going through the report with a fine tooth comb this afternoon i noticed that i was added to ITC for an outstanding telkom account from Nov 17!!!!! But my account is totally uo to date and have never been in arrears!!!! Then theres a default against my name for something that happened in 2011 !!!!! It is way past its prescribed date and to add i have NEVER been contacted in 2012, 2013,2014,2015,2016 or last year about this matter. I havr stayed in the same house for the past 11yrs, ive worked in the same job for 33yrs is that NOT saying that they never done their job now its just easy to ***** me for the rest of my life????? I have family i take care of that are ill and destitute, i have an ill husband and i take care of my grandson..SO please i need a break to get me ontop of things.....
