ITC Reference No

On 2 November 2024 I was ****** my phone that had 2 Telkom numbers. I phoned Telkom on 4 November 2024 to block both numbers so I can get two ITC numbers to claim insurance, they told me that they will send both ITC numbers to me in the next 24 hours which they did not do . I called again on 5 November 2024 and they gave me one ITC number for one IMEI number on my phone When I went to claim insurance they told me that I need two ITC numbers so that they can process my claim. I called Telkom again on 11 November 2024 And they said they will send the second ITC number I must wait for 24 hours. I called again on 12 November 2024, that is when they said they cannot help me with the second ITC because my number was not the last active network on my cellphone it was a Vodacom that was active, they told me to call Vodacom and ask for ITC number. When I called Vodacom they told me they cannot help me and they've never of something like what I'm saying to them, they told to call Telkom again which I haven't done cause I'm getting no help from them. Please help as I'm in desperate need of claiming my insurance.
