ITC Record Removal Request
Sent through an email 9 days ago requesting ITC arrears record removal from my *** but have not received any feedback.Not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Have called the call centre number and they keep telling me that the account is not in arrears. All I would want is removal from the ITC record and a confirmation letter to that effect. Is that so difficult to do when you have the evidence in front of you?
