ITC Profile Accessed without Consent

Good afternoon,

I trust you are well.

I received a call from Telkom sales on July 12th 2024 The lady offered me a ranger of data deals I was interested in one however I told her I will go make the application at the store when I’m ready and I do not want anyone to access my ITC profile until i am ready to make the application.

Today I received and enquiry from Transunion referenced Telkom Sigma from the 12th of July.

This is unacceptable as I have clearly stated on that call that I do not want anyone to acces my ITC check, I believe all calls are recorded so someone should have access to listen to my call with your agent.

Can anyone from the sales Team please call me on ***.
