ITC number required for ****** phone

I require an ITC number to report my ****** phone to the police. Firstly Telkom was offline all day yesterday when I needed t block my phone. Secondly no store outlet could assist with this matter. Eventually managed to get hold of a consultant today but no ITC number has been sent. This is absolutely frustrating as the incident needs to be reported to the police within 48 hours, but that cannot happen due to TELKOM!!!!

Absolutely disappointed at the appalling service.
