Itc number horrible service

I called ib Tuesday morning to blacklist my phone and I was told to wait 72 hours for the ITC NUMBER. that time has passed and have received zero communication. I cannot submit my insurance claim until the number is blacklisted. Also means someone is enjoying my phone whilst I have to wait to claim. What is so hard about this? Or giving the correct SLA? 3rd time being disappointed by this service provider. Couldn't cancel a contract before, they owed me a refund as well. You need to jump through hoops
