I recently lost my phone and have been struggling to get my device blacklisted. I was promised that an ITC will be sent within 5 hour. The agents do not leave notes. They are so rude. A lady called boitumelo refused to put the manager on the phone. Why allow pre ricad Sims to be sold yet me can register them in our names I lost a number I have using for years bcs they can't change its details to mine.
