It would be very nice if we could get the line we actually pay for
<p>Dear Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>Why?<br />Why is it so difficult for you just to provide to us what we pay for?</p> <p>If we pay for a 4 mbps line rental, I ****** WELL EXPECT TO GET 4 MBPS SPEEDS</p> <p> </p> <p>And don't come try and tell me that it is my ISP throttling me. I have tried two different accounts from two different ISPs</p> <p> </p> <p>The first is a 4mbps account from Kingsley - the max speed I got was 2.7 mbps</p> <p>The second account was a 10mbps Afrihost account - the max speed I got was, you guessed it, 2.7 mbps<br /><br />Every time I try and call you, your technicians just want to recreate my port.</p> <p>Which does nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>But, hey, it's not as if I have a different choice in line rental - you have a monopoly on telecommunications in South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>And I hate you for it.</p>
