"It WIll Take 19 Days to Reopen your Line Sir"

<p>Its is very frustrating when you find out that your phone as been disconnected for reasons that you are not aware of.</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone was disconnected by telkom without me being informed. I have been paying my bill through debit order, Telkom debits whatever is due at the end of the month, but for some reason my line was disconnected because I had an overdue amount, which Telkom debited on the 25 of Nov , My account was handed over to a collection agency which I was not informed of.</p> <p>at first I was told it would take about 3 days to fix the account, then it was 7 days and now today I amtold it will take 19 days for my account to be reopned.</p> <p>It is sad that such a very big company can give out such bad and unprofessional service. my account was due for a renewal I am not convinced that Telkom is the kind our compmay I wany handling my Connectivity Needs. they have shown incompetance to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still not connected and struggling like Hell because of them. so much for "Tomorrow Starts Today" well not for me.</p>
