It should be HELLKOM!
<p>My telephone lines (2 of them) was reported as faulty on 14 October 2016. One of the lines is an ADSLline and I had no internet since that date and I am stillpaying fot that service. I had to go and buy a LTE package as I am useless without internet. Nobody is giving any feedback as to when this problem will be resolved. The two fault references are ********** 71 and 121BRK101016.</p> <p> </p> <p>This monopoly should end and we need a decent fixed line operator in South Africa!!!</p>

10 Nov 2016, 10:44Now how difficult is it to inform clients of this? Why do I need to use this forum to get a response from Telkom? I enquired about having my calls forwarded but I found out I need to pay for all calls being forwarded!! How can you charge me for that if I am already paying for rental without having the phone lines working?
