It seems that there is no communication between the departments

It seems that there is no communication between the departments. When one tries to resolve a query one issend from pillar to post, there are a few agents who really go out of their way to help, but due to others lack of interest it affects therating of those who are really willing to help, and to date I have not had a resolution to my queries.
