It's Crunch Time

I called in Oct 2015 to have my wire wire line transferred to my new house. What did I get? My wire wire line disconnected. So, I accepted the offer to have a new landline at the rental of R 189 per month be installed on the 17th Nov 2015. The line, surprisingly allowed me to receive calls, but did not make outgoing calls. After calling Telkom several times, I was informed that it will cost me R 275 +/- to have a technician to come fix it. So I opted to go into the Menlyn branch and a lovely lady, Mrs L Smith fixed my line. Now in 2016, after not receiving a bill, I go into the Festival Mall Telkom office to be told, it will cost me R20 for them to print me the bill, and I owe R 548.67, which has been accruing interest. They cannot explain the charges, so I'm forced to call 10210, whereby I get Nokqando, who after listening to my query, puts me back in the pool of calls, then I get Africa from Krugersdorp, who is neither helpful or pleasant. When I ask to speak with supervisor or manager, I get a connected line, but a dead line. Please correct my bill. I am due a credit for from my wire wire telephone, and adjust my billing from the time I was actually using the line whi
