It never ends

Long story short. My order (***) for a line installation couldn't be performed due to a line problem. I had to wait a whole month before the problem was resolved of which I wasn't even notified. Shortly thereafter I logged a complaint here on Hellopeter. 5 Days later Telkom came to do my installation. But surprise surprise there was ANOTHER line problem. Yet when I go to the store, the problem logged on their system and what the tech told me are 2 different things. So it seems it'll be 2 months now that I have to wait for a ****** SIMPLE line installation. Note that there has been a line installed on my premises before. The Tech had a \I am too lazy to care"attitude and in store I am told that they cannot help me. WORST service in South Africa. Not even couriers are this bad. Get your act together Telkom."""
