It can ONLY be Telkom

so I had a dsl account that was cancelled over a year ago and I thought everything was ok until I went to one of their stores to try get a mobile contract. Turns out the contract was never closed and I was promised me resolution by this morning and as expected, nothing happened. Can Telkom try do better when it comes to service please?
