It can never take more than a month to perform a sim swap!

Telkom Maponya mall is the worst store you can visit, always offline. I currently have a prepaid number that I ported from Cell C to Telkom years back and recently lost my phone, went to the branch in Marshalltown and requested for a sim swap to be done... After a month of endless calls and going into the store it still wasn't sorted out. Do you only attend to such requests if they come in as a form of complaint? I regret porting my number over to Telkom.
