It can get worse

<p>I have been a Telkom Clien for more than 4 years. I have many contracts with them, spending in excess of R 2000 a month with them. 9 monthe ago I fell for their **** of unlimited LTE @ R699 per month. the unlimited became limites and still I didn't mind. My initial speed was above 20Mbs. So eciteing - so happy - soon it dropped to 15 then to 5 as more and more customers were added. now it varies between 0.5 and 1.5 - no more Showmax. Log a call? Forget it they phone you 2 or 3 times while you are in a meeting and cannot answer - then they close the call. So many calls that I have had to reopen over the padt year but to no avail. SO asmy accounts are coming to a close I am moving them and I will try to get out of this irritating soul destroying "LTE" contract. BTW -took me more than 30 minutes to register this complaint with their snail paced - stuttering internet service</p>
