Issues with telkom

Their interenet service is bad and they throttle you way more then what is stated in contracts. I've had alot of issue with telkom regarding internet connection. I'm supposed to be on a 4mb/s line apparently but in actual fact they throttled me to 1mb/s for the past two months and all they can tell me is to reset my router and/or connect my devices via cable which is not working out so well either. As a student it is very frustrating to not be able to attend lectures or submit assignments because of my internet crashing every five minutes, unlimited, that's what we paying for, but in actual fact we paying so much money for a capped throttled internet package. It's very frustrating.
