Issue with Telkom line still not resolvedc

<p>I live in a complex and everyone elses phone have been working fine after the rains. However my phone stopped working and the issue was logged with Telkom, ***. I had receive an sms after the issue was logged advising that the issue would be resolved in 5 days. It is now 2 weeks and still no resolution. There has been no notification or update to advise me otherwise. I am considering moving to Neotel if this persists.</p>
