issue still not resolved!

My complaint lodged on the 08th May is still not resolved, I have still not received my phone and no one can tell me where the phone is and when i will receive it! i app**** for the contract 3 weeks ago and still no delivery. i was promised on the 10th May that the supplier has stock and the phone will be delivered by latest the 14th May and till today, the phone has not been delivered! Pathetic service to a new customer, the manager promised to call me back in a n hour after he found out where the phone is and no surprise, that didnt even happen. i will be collecting my documents and going to a different service provider who will give me the phone immediately and better service!
