Issue Resolved

Last month i wrote a review to complain about failure from Telkom to provide feedback about status of my contract cancellation, but at least now the issue has been resolved as promised but you getting 4 starts because you need to improve on the area of communicating with your customers timeously instead of waiting for them to complain first before you react.
