Issue not resolved after 2 months

Requested line migration beginning of December after relocating within the same complex building. Issue still not resolved and unable to use the service since. I have logged 3 issues and it has been logged as "urgent" but still no one has come back to me after spending in excess of 3 hours on the phone.

Also requested that I be credited for two months payment of service I did not receive.
