Isnt this just typical TELKOM
<p>They spend a fortune advertising their offers, (actually I could live a very nice life if they stopped wasting it and gave it to me) The reason they are wasting their money is because when you purchase one of their deals online three weeks later no one from sales even bothers to follow up on that order, it seems that they are as bad as the technical department and I am begining to think that the who;e of TELKOM is the same, I placed an order with them three weeks ago and received an order number namely 4562, I phone them last week and was told that it could take anywhere between 7 to 14 days and in that period I would receive a call from the sales department which of course I never did but lets think about this 7 to 14 days are they walking fron Pretoria to deliver it goodness I could walk from Durban where I live to Pretoria in less than that what an absolute disgrace the service from such a company as Telkom there is no other word for it, and now I get the same stupid answer on this site " we apologise for the inconvenience" and all th rest of their stupid apologies point is it just keeps happening and nothing gets done to improve any department</p>
Thank you for not giving me a meaningless apology and also for you prompt response, the point I would like you to take to your bosses is WHY do people have to resort to publishing the shocking service of Telkom, I am wanting to BUY from you, this is what pays the wages, what all the advertising and offers are for, I cannot in a million years understand, a/ why we have to wait for a phone call that can take "between 7 and 14 days and, b/ why I have had to wait three weeks and still never been contacted, for goodness sake I know that you have a monopoly but that is ridiculous.
I will wait (and I hope it is not another three weeks) for your consutant to call me

Seems that you dont have much effect on co-worker either your mobile team did not contact me as you stated but perhaps you meant they will do so NEXT YEAR

Talk about rubish service that really is an understatment 7 days and still no call perhaps you should try a different service provider and use a cell phone as yours dont seem to work do they
