Is this the service??

Good day. I left my current service provider after 8 years to give Telkom a try. I went to the centurion mall store to apply for the tablet deal in the beginning of January and was told that they were out of stock and will have stock within 3 weeks which was acceptable. Note that the application with all my details as well as the necessary FICA documents were completed and signed. However i haven't heard from Telkom and went to the store and was told by the lady at the door querying how she could help that i just have to wait until they phone me without even finding out from anyone whether there was stock. I then started phoning the store for more than a week and the voice recorded message says the mailbox is full, goodbye and the phone dies, not once in more than 10 calls has someone answered this phone.<br> <br> Is this the level of service i will be receiving after leaving an 8 year provider for Telkom? How long will they be waiting for stock??
