Is this a ****????

Highly disappointed with Telkom Nicolway. I've been their loyal client for many years and recently took my third contract with them (on 26 Jan) the package included a Samsung watch 5 at an additional cost, I only received the cellphone on the day and was told my watch has been ordered and should arrive the following week. No updates, I keep calling and told the same story and it has now been a month and a half and I'm paying for a watch I don't have!
