Is there no end to Telkom's pathetic systems

<p>Cancelled all services with Telkom on 9 June - send me a bill which I paid and now I am been invoiced for credit amounts. This is laughable, you do NOT invoice credit amounts, you issue a credit note. Which begs the question why was I charged in the first place?</p> <p>O how I long for the day when I do not see Telkom invoices or emails in my inbox. Getting the money back will probably be the biggest sleph EVER!</p> <p>Thank you Telkom for never ceasing to amaze with your pathetic services and systems.</p>
