Is there any mobile provider that is actually reliable???Telkom you take the tops!!!

Firstly Telkom accounts call centre are extremely pathetic. The fact we cant sort out account related queries in a branch is beyond me. We have been struggling every month for the past 2 years with this pathetic mobile provider. Each month we get cutoff, and each month we tell the accounts call centre to arrange debit order. they confirm its activated, but no because TELKOM has inexperienced, untrained staff handling the most important aspect of the company - the accounts our debit order never goes through every month Another thing we NEVER receive statements / invoices!!! If there is anyone who is trained and knows how to do their jobs and If you are able to assist us that would be great knowing there is atleast 1 person in the entire TELKOM company that knows how to do their jobs properly!! im so gatvol I should never have left Vodacom even though they were just as pathetic!!!
