Is their anybody else in Durban that can fix my adsl line

<p>30 phone calls 5 technicians 3 of which left to check the exchange and report back did not return I wonder if they are still alive anyway my line is still a mess.</p> <p>Explaining over and over again that the issue isn't on my side yet they still come over to test do they not have any records of work being done my line went down on the 11th of march and was fixed on the 13th from the 13th onwards I have been experiencing a very unstable adsl connection can someone please explain this to your technicians the problem I'm having is at the exchange the card is the issue I'm tired of having them come over leave go to exchange test for connectivity and leave without fixing and addressing the issue yet they are clearing the fault as fixed </p> <p> </p> <p>I know that openserve does your tech side of things but please what are you guys paying them for if nothing's is being done </p> <p> </p> <p>Does anyone know any other company that can fix my line ? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
