IS their a WORST rating for TELKOM .

Is there ANY other company in SA with worst SERVICE than TELKOM. Dear Lord i have NEVER experienced anything like this in my LIFE! They give u a so called order number on a Friday and on a SUNDAY they inform you VIA SMS this ticket is closed please call 10213 or visit the branch. I have been waiting for WEEKS now for a reply to transfer my line to my business . Im STILL WAITING ..i now have to go INTO A BRANCH tomorrow , stand in one HELL OF A QUEUE as the entire WORLD is suffering from COVID 19 ! TELKOM expects this from their Clients , they call this SERVICE !!! #%^$ TELKOM and their pathetic STAFF.
