IS TELKOM TRULY IN A STATE OF DECLINE?

I am following up on my review of 29 October 2020, concerning how Telkom has failed me. My order number for Dsl is ***A and was approved and confirmed on 14 October 2020. The initial appointed date for installation was 19 October 2020 : They failed to honor the appointment. The next date they gave for installation was 29 October 2020 : Again, they failed to honor the appointment. They called me on 30 October from ***, giving me appointment for 2 November 2020, to install : I have been waiting since morning but no technicianhas arrived. I hope this reaches the relevant government department, who must indicate what is happening at Telkom, please. Supposedly, ours is a government that cares for its people, but where do I run to now, when all doors I knock on are closed. Very painful and disheartening. I can be contacted directly on *** or ***
