Is Telkom the worst company in RSA ?

I was given a reference number AI ********** and a dispute number ********** 2 that Telkom would cancel my service and give me the refund due to me. The last time I received services from Telkom as on 9 Mar 2018. I then cancelled my account on 2 Apr 2018. I still paid my full subscription at the end of Apr 2018 and May 2018. Hence the reason for me expecting a refund. However, Telkom insists I owe them money, and refuse to sort this issue. The dispute was logged on 23 Aug 2018, and should have been solved after 7 - 14 days. Needless to say it is almost a month later and still no resolution. This is just UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
